The organizer of the event, Spolek pro GP ČR Brno, due to the current state limiting mass events and subsequent hygienic risks, in agreement with the promoter of the championship, DORNA SPORTS, S.L., decided that the Czech Grand Prix 2020 will be held without general public.
At the same time, it was agreed with the promoter of the championship to hold an additional 2021 event, and simultaneously the organizer decided that the original tickets for the Grand Prix 2020 are valid for the year 2021. Thus, allowing spectators who have already purchased tickets for this year to use them next year.
Even though we are convinced that most of the MotoGP fans will keep their tickets for the next year, also due to the fact that the tickets will be on sale at higher prices in the future, ticket holders are now of course entitled to a refund.
If you decide not to use the option of keeping this year’s tickets for next year, you can request a refund of your ticket fee via a digital form.
Holders of valid tickets for Czech Grand Prix 2020, therefore, have two options:
- to keep the existing ticket, which will be valid for the next year 2021
- at the same time, they benefit from the advantageous prices of the year 2020, as the prices of tickets in the new sales for 2021 will be higher,
- no further action needed, they keep their current ticket, which will be valid for 2021, no ticket exchange,
- to request a refund for tickets via the digital form available HERE, no later than on 11 September 2020.
The date of the Czech Grand Prix 2021 will be announced in autumn 2020 according to the valid international FIM calendar.
Thank you for your understanding, we believe that we will together enjoy the fully-fledged Czech Grand Prix in 2021 again.
